CCC is pleased to confirm the appointment of Heather Knapp as Business Development Manager with effect from Monday 7th October 2013.
Heather brings to CCC a wealth of experience in a number of different fields, including sales, customer services, operations, finance, fraud prevention and teaching. She has been employed by organisations such as IKEA and Softbank Services Group, as well as having played an instrumental role in the growth of several smaller businesses. As a Key Account Manager, her prestigious clients included Microsoft, Claris and Autodesk, but more recently she has taken some time off from her career to focus on looking after her family. She is currently treasurer of an arts charity in Peterborough and therefore understands how important it is for a charitable organisation to watch the pennies!
Heather, who is originally from Sheffield, went to university in Canterbury and now lives just outside Peterborough with her husband, David, and their daughter, Sophie. She enjoys performing with Peterborough Operatic and Dramatic Society, cycling, ski-ing and singing karaoke.
Heather is excited to be able to join an organisation with a social conscience and is keen to ensure the financial future of CCC by ensuring that existing clients are well looked after, and by reviving and expanding the client base.
